About Ashish

Ashish Paul is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (BAMS- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and a Medical Herbalist (BSc Hons Herbal Medicine). She recently qualified in MSc Herbal Medicine (Scottish School of Herbal Medicine) and training to be a Dynamic Yoga teacher.

Ashish has just launched her new business Ayuva and the aim is to bring awareness to the holistic benefits that people could enjoy by using the ancient Indian treatments and the western herbal medicine. These therapies work with the natural rhythm of the body, treat the cause of a problem and have less adverse effects.

Ashish is a serious health professional and is currently writing her first book as well as developing a range of ‘Customized Organic Skin Care Range’ as well as herbal teas and herbal oils – all with therapeutic properties and 100% vegetarian.

Ashish actively takes part in events promoting Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicine and is available for talks/ Seminars/ Workshops on the subject.
